Commercial used permanent magnetic ferrite is strontian ferrite and ferroxdure whose component are SrFe12O19 and BaFe12O19 respectively. It features perfect magnetism and cost performance ratio. It is the largest magnetic functional material and is widely used in the motors, microphone and magnetic adhesion. A great deal of this kind of materials are used in autos, motorcycles, radios, microwave ovens, refrigerators, magnetic plant, medicare devices, CPE, office appliances and kids toys. The company's sintered permanent magnetic ferrite powder is the semifinished products to make ceramic magnet. It is classified into three specifications and over 20 types.

2.In case that the granular material is pruchased from our company,the particle should be dry ground to 3-5¦Ìm at first,and then be wet ground in a sand grinding mill or ball mill to less than 1 ¦Ìm ,and then be wet pressed.If the coarse ground powder is bought,it can be wet ground directly.
1).Before grinding,the grinding mill should be cleaned thoroughly.And any materials from other factories or Impurity should not be mixed into our material.
2).Aloong with the powder (granular powder,and coarse ground powder),we provide the secondary additives in separated bags,users should only add it into powder during grinding according to the requirement.
3.All the necessary secondary additives have been added into the fine powders(<1¦Ìm).So there is no need to add any other material,But two to three hours'wet grinding is necessary for better distribution of particles.
4.During pressing,the moisture of slurry should be controlled between 32% to 37%,the pressure required is >4000N/cm2,and the magnetic field density is >560kA/m.
5.Due to the actual sintering temperature measured by various suppliers' instruments are not the same,we can only provide sintering temperature of 1220OC-1270OC for reference.Please note that the proper sintering temperature should be defined in accordance with the status of the sintered sample pill.
